Overview

This application helps you to learn the Thai consonants in a series of graded levels, starting from 1 to 17.

Navigation

To move between the cards you have various options, depending upon the device you're using:

• Click on the "Next" (or "Back") buttons
• On a touchscreen, swipe forward (right to left) to move to the next page, swipe back (left to right)to return to the previous card
• On a desktop, click and drag to the left for the next card, click and drag right for the previous card

Touch or click on the loudspeaker symbol to hear the name of the consonant.

Options

The "options" page allows you:

• To select whether the cards are shown in random order (default) or alphabetic order
• To select whether the names of the consonants are pronounced when you flip a card. (Default: no)
• To select which kind of typeface is used to display the Thai characters
• To enable "autoflip" and set the delay. Depending upon your browser, either (a) set the slider to your preferred delay, or (b) enter the delay in the box. Permitted values are 0-10 seconds, in half second increments. Setting the value to 0 (default) disables autoflip.
